Our Booking Procedure
To purchase a Flight Voucher, either for yourself or as a gift, please complete our secure online booking form or call us on 01494 868514. You can book a date and time for your flight, subject to availability, when you purchase your Flight Voucher, or telephone us at a later date. Be aware though, that during the flying season you should book your flight time as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
Once you have your flight booked you will need to phone our Weather Line the evening before, for morning flights or at around lunchtime for evening flights, to check that the flight is likely to take place. If the weather is unsuitable you will be asked to telephone the office to book an alternative date and time.
Note: Some of our operations are overseas during the winter months but the office is manned full-time. However if we are out flying, and you have any problems or queries, please leave a message on our machine. Give a telephone number where you can be contacted and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
